Speech and Language Therapist
The speech pathologist works alongside teachers, assistants, other therapists and families to develop the students’ understanding and use of language in all daily activities.
TGIC uses the services of an occupational therapist to enable students to participate in the activities of everyday life as independently as possible. This may be through improving the child’s skills or it may be through improving the environment in which the child is expected to function. e.g. Prescribing special toilet seats or handrails.
Our in-house Creative and Performing Arts Specialist Music Therapy at TGIC offers opportunities for physical, cognitive and emotional stimulation and self-expression and facilitates social integration
