Year 5 – Year 10
Year 5 – Year 10
Full Time Course
At The GUILD International College, our curriculum is thoughtfully adapted from the Victorian Foundation to Year 10 (F–10) syllabus, with a strong academic focus that is tailored to the learning needs of neurodivergent students. We understand that every learner engages in unique ways, and our teaching approach reflects this through flexible, individualised strategies that promote access and success across all subject areas. Curriculum is delivered using differentiated instruction, visual supports, and multi-sensory techniques to support a range of cognitive and processing styles. Academic learning is meaningfully integrated with life skills to build real-world understanding and independence. Social-emotional and communication development is embedded throughout the curriculum, supporting students in building confidence, self-regulation, and positive relationships. Ongoing, strengths-based assessments are used to track individual progress and inform responsive teaching. This inclusive and holistic approach ensures that every learner can grow with purpose, achieve their potential, and feel a strong sense of belonging in a safe and supportive environment.
Disciplinary knowledge, skills and understanding are described in the eight learning areas of the Australian Curriculum:
English, Mathematics, Science, Health and Physical Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, The Arts and Technologies.
